CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE

This simple, tasty no-bake eclair cake is simple to prepare and super delicious. A stovetop or oven is useless. The toughest part? Waiting to eat it. These are ideal sweets for a large crowd, it’s my go-to cake recipe for any family gathering.     

It’s quickly possible to turn up the flavor variety. You may use chocolate graham crackers, vanilla cake, and whipped cream. You should choose the vanilla pudding or swap it with chocolate or cheesecake pudding. There are SO many varieties you can play with! I have noticed folks applying a strawberry frosting to a strawberry pudding. Or apple pie with strawberry filling. Plenty of choices here.

 INGREDIENTS NEEDED: 

  • FOR THE FILLING, YOU’LL NEED:

– 3 Cups.Of milk. 

– 2 small boxes.Of vanilla instant-pudding.

– Graham crackers. 

– Cool Whip, you’ll need a medium container. 

  • FOR TOPPING, I USED:

– 1/3 Cup.Of unsweetened cocoa. 

– 1 Cup.Of sugar. 

– 1/4 Cup.Of milk. 

– 1/2 Cup.Of soft margarine. 

– 1 tsp.Of vanilla extract. 

  • INSTRUCTIONS: 

NOTE: You ought to prepare it the day before you decide to consume it to allow it time to absorb the pudding stuff in the graham crackers. 

HOW TO PREPARE THE FILLING:

Step 1- Combine cold milk with pudding, beating well. Add Cool Whip, and mix again. 

Step 2- Put a sheet of graham crackers in a 9.13-inch dish, and spread half of the pudding mixture the way over the graham crackers. 

Step 3- Repeat the entire thing with more layers of graham crackers and pudding, and finish with the last layer of graham crackers. 

HOW TO PREPARE THE TOPPING:

Step 4- In a saucepan, mix the unsweetened cocoa with milk, and sugar and boil for around one minute, stirring constantly. Hold in the fridge for one minute. 

Step 5- Add soft margarine and vanilla extract; blend together until it’s well incorporated. 

Step 6- Spread the chocolate glaze on top of the graham crackers. 

Step 7- Refrigerate your cake overnight, for better results.
