CHEDDAR RANCH CHICKEN THIGHS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 packet ranch dressing
  • 2 lbs. chicken thighs about 8 chicken thighs
  • 1/2 c mayo
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 c cheddar cheese shredded

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.

Add mayonnaise, ranch, cheese, and yoghurt into a large mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.

Apply cooking spray in a glass baking dish.

Arrange the chicken thighs into the prepared baking dish.

Pour the ranch mixture over the chicken thighs and spread it evenly.

Place the baking dish inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until done.

Remove from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.

Serve and enjoy!
