Ingredients:
Beef chuck diced
3 potatoes cubed
1 tomato diced
Half an onion sliced
1 clove of garlic
3 tablespoons flour
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Ground Comino to taste
Handful cilantro
Oil
Chicken bouillon
Directions:
Add oil to a pan and add the meat, sauté until brown. Add salt, pepper, comino, garlic, onion, tomato and cilantro. Let it simmer for about 15 minutes. Add a cup of water, flour (make sure to mix so flour doesn’t clump), & chicken bouillon. Throw in potatoes. Cover the pan and let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes and it’s done
