1-2lbs Thin Milanesa (diced)
3-4 russet potatoes (diced)
1 Onion sliced
1-2 jalapeños (optional)
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, comino
Sauté diced milanesa with sliced onions and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. While cooking, peel potatoes and cut into small pieces. Once meat is done throw in potatoes and sauté. Blend tomatoes, jalapeños and minced garlic in blender. If you do not want any spiciness do not add jalapeños. Stir in blended “salsa” mix. Season with salt and comino for taste. Lower heat to simmer and cover for about 20mins. Mix every so often. Once potatoes are tender, food is done!
