2lbs Raw Large cleaned and deveined shrimp
Oil a few tbsps
5 Roma tomatoes Diced
1 small onion chopped
3 garlic cloves minced
3 Chile Serranos sliced
Jugo Maggi 2 splashes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
A small pinch of cumin ( optional)
Knorr tomate to taste
Directions:
Heat a skillet and add the oil. Let it get hot. Add seasoned shrimp and sear until golden on both sides about 2 minutes per side on high. Remove shrimp add onion and sauté until translucent. Add serranos and tomatoes, garlic and continue to sauté until the tomatoes reduce a bit. Add knorr, jugo maggi and cumin stir add about 1 cup of water or chicken broth and simmer 10 minutes. Add shrimp simmer 2 minutes and done! Season to your liking…
