Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup

A simple cabbage soup, low in carbohydrates and calories, that helps you lose weight. Enjoy its countless health benefits and watch your weight melt away.

LOW CARBOHYDRATE SOUP FOR WEIGHT LOSS
The purpose of eating low-carb foods is to train the body to burn fat. If you reduce your intake by 500 calories or more per day, your body will lose about one to two pounds per week, regardless of your exercise program.

Foods such as kale, spinach and cabbage are leafy green vegetables that are low in calories as well as carbohydrates. I like to add spinach to my eggs in the morning for a quick, low carbohydrate, nutritious breakfast, and a vegetable soup like this cabbage soup is no different.

When you eat very little carbohydrate and more sugar, your body starts to do amazing things. You’ll feel like a whole new person – you’ll have more energy, a clearer mind and an overall sense of well-being.
