INGREDIENTS
1 large chicken breast or 2 small
2 green onions
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 bacon slices
1 1/2 stalk celery
PREPARATION
STEP 1
Cook the chicken breast.
2ND STEP
Cut the breast, celery and green onions into very small pieces using a food processor or a knife.
STEP 3
Cook bacon to dry and crumble into chicken and vegetable mixture.
STEP 4
Mix everything with the yogurt and mayonnaise.
STEP 5
Serve with submarine buns or rusks.
