Apple Chocolate Protein Waffles with Berries, Maple and PB
Ingredients for the waffles
- 100g — Apple Sauce with no sugar
- 1 — Large Egg
- 3 Tbsp — Oat Flour
- 45g — Chocolate Whey Protein
- 1 Tbsp — Baking Powder
Toppings
- 25g — Peanut Butter (just peanuts!)
- Drizzles — 0 calorie Maple Syrup
- 100g — Mixed Berries
Directions
- In a bowl mix the apple sauce and the egg
- Mix in the oat flour and the Whey Protein
- Mix in the baking Powder
- Heat your waffle iron and put the non stick spray
- Use your waffle mix (mine yielded around 4 waffles)
- Put in the toppings anyway you like.
