Apple Chocolate Protein Pancakes

Apple Chocolate Protein Waffles with Berries, Maple and PB

Ingredients for the waffles

  • 100g — Apple Sauce with no sugar
  • 1 — Large Egg
  • 3 Tbsp — Oat Flour
  • 45g — Chocolate Whey Protein
  • 1 Tbsp — Baking Powder

Toppings

  • 25g — Peanut Butter (just peanuts!)
  • Drizzles — 0 calorie Maple Syrup
  • 100g — Mixed Berries

Directions

  1. In a bowl mix the apple sauce and the egg
  2. Mix in the oat flour and the Whey Protein
  3. Mix in the baking Powder
  4. Heat your waffle iron and put the non stick spray
  5. Use your waffle mix (mine yielded around 4 waffles)
  6. Put in the toppings anyway you like.

  • Calories (roughly estimated): 420kcal (without toppings)
