Guys, I’m not a baker by far. So if you can install these rolls, you have a great opportunity to do the same. I’ve been making these rolls for years, it’s the only time you’ve ever seen me with a rolling pin.

* ingredients :

° 1 1/2 cups milk

° 1 teaspoon salt

° 4 tsp melt butter, separated

° 1 large egg, at room temperature

° Half a cup of honey

° 4 c all purpose flour

° 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast, or 1 package

* Directions :

If you are using a bread machine, see the next section below.

Bring the milk to a boil.When you see them start to heat up and form small bubbles on the sides of the pot, remove them from the fire. Leave it to lukewarm, between 80-90 degres.Mix milk, yeast, and honey in a small bowl until smooth. Keep it for 5 minutes.In a large bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of butter, room temperature custard mixture, and 2 cups of flour. Stir slowly until smooth.(If you have a dough hook mixer, otherwise it is manual.) Gradually add the remaining 2 cups and stir until a batter is formed.Add salt and stir/knead for 8 minutes.

Then place the dough on a floured workbench and knead for a few more minutes.Spray it in a large bowl of cooking spray and a spoonful of batter.Cover the bowl (with plastic wrap or damp cloth) and place it in a warm place for an hour.Break up the dough and roll it out on a floured surface until it is about an inch thick.Fold in half and close carefully.Cut into 24 squares of the same size and place them on 2 lightly greased baking pans.Cover the lid and soak for 30-40 minutes until the volume doubles.Preheat the oven to 350° and bake for 12-15 minutes or until browned.Melt the remaining butter and use it to brush the muffins.
