I love tacos, and this cheesy taco pasta is one of my favourite ways to enjoy it. I have made different fun taco recipes, and I am proud to say that I nailed most of them! My family and friends know how much I enjoy cooking and experimenting. My kids particularly enjoy everything tacos, and there is no stopping them! INGREDIENTS
1 lb Ground beef
8 ounces Rotini
1-ounce taco seasoning
½ c. water
2 c. Shredded Mexican cheese (divided)
1 ½ c. Salsa
How to make Cheesy Taco Pasta
Step 1: Following the package directions cook the rotini pasta. When done, drain and set aside.
Step 2: Cook the ground beef in a large pot, breaking the meat until cooked through. When done, drain the excess grease. Then, add the taco seasoning and water. Mix well and continue to cook until the water is gone.
Step 3: To the pot, add the cooked pasta and salsa. Mix well with the seasoned ground beef until incorporated.
Step 4: Now, add 1 1/2 c. of cheese and stir well until blended. Take the pot off the heat and add the rest of the cheese over. Let the cheese melt before serving. Enjoy!
