Top with brown sugar, maple syrup, honey, hot sauce, butter and whiskey.Close the aluminum foil and put everything back on the barbecue using indirect cooking, still at 225°F, for 2 hours.Remove ribs from foil and grill over low heat for about 20 minutes, turning to make sure they don’t burn. While cooking the ribs, it is important to brush them with your favorite barbecue sauce, until they are caramelized and well-sauced.
