3-INGREDIENT CHICKEN TACOS

All you need are three basic ingredients for the best lunch or dinner today! Yeah, only three! Try this recipe now and I promise you that it will not disappoint you at all! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you have to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! Ingredients:

1 1/2 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts (fresh or frozen, about 3)

1 c salsa

1 tsp taco seasoning

Directions:

Instant Pot Method:

Add the salsa into the Instant Pot.

Place the chicken breasts over the salsa.

Sprinkle taco seasoning over the chicken breasts.

Cover the pot and cook for about 12 minutes on high pressure.

Do a natural release, then shred the chicken breasts with two forks. Stir everything until well combined.

Serve and enjoy!

Slow Cooker Method:

Add the salsa into the slow cooker.

Place the chicken breasts over the salsa.

Sprinkle taco seasoning over the chicken breasts.

Cover the slow cooker and cook for about 4 hours on low pressure or 2 hours on high pressure.

Use two forks to shred the chicken into small pieces. Stir everything until well combined.

Serve and enjoy!
